One thing you can do is check with where ever you guys are working and see if they have deals with gyms for corporate members. I just started working with a personal trainer at goodlife. It's been pretty good so far. Eating better is pretty easy. Just make your own food and try to stay away from stuff that comes prepackaged. Also dropping out sodas, juices, and milk/creamy coffee drinks. We drink mostly tea, black coffee, and water here. Speaking of water, the more you drink the better your body/metabolism functions.
