The Web Series?
The last few weeks / months I have been considering doing a video series that would cover reviewing applications, gaming hardware, gadgets, and everything in between. I’ve always wanted to do a video show but really didn’t know where to start.
I’ve finally decided on a format, and will try and learn Adobe Premier as I go, as I have absolutely zero experience with the software! I mean I’ve toyed around with Windows Movie Maker, however it was pointed out to me to either go with Premier, or go home!
I’ve decided on a name for the show, which is identical to the name of the company Paul and I have been working on. The show will be called Digital Eh?
The format for the show that I chose will be as follows:
- Monday – iPad App Review Day
- Tuesday – iPhone App Review Day
- Thursday – Gadget Review Day
- Friday – Movie Review Day
- Saturday / Sunday – Live Ustream Randomness / Conversations
In order for this series to be successful, I feel like I have to tell everyone I know about it and try to bring a great new twist to the conventional web series.
I hope to have a lot of user interaction and participation. The more people that watch the show and make requests, the better job I can do with producing a show that myself and the viewers can be proud of!
Tonight I will be working on the first episode of the show this evening and my selected distribution method will be both using UStream.tv as well as YouTube.
Should the show garner a lot of attention, then I will be sure to make the necessary investments in an HD video camera and whatnot.
For the time being, it will just be me and my camera, and Adobe Premier n00b skills.

You can view the YouTube Channel or the UStream Channel for episodes. Right now there are none, but I hope to change that!
